Do Not Sell or Share
Our Position
Webinars AI does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.
However, under the CPRA’s expanded definition, sharing personal information with advertising platforms for the purpose of cross-context behavioural advertising may constitute “sharing” even without payment. Specifically:
- Analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) may share data with Google for advertising purposes
- Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag may share data for ad targeting and measurement
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of this sharing at any time using any of the following methods:
- Cookie Preference Centre — click the “Cookie Settings” link in our footer and disable “Marketing & Targeting” cookies
- Global Privacy Control (GPC) — if your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we will honour it as an opt-out of sharing
- Submit a request — email privacy@webinars.ai with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out Request”
Your opt-out preference will be stored for 12 months. We will not require you to create an account to exercise this right.
Note: Opting out of data sharing may result in less relevant advertisements when you browse other websites, but it will not affect your access to our webinars or content.
Sensitive Personal Information
The CPRA creates specific rights around “sensitive personal information,” which includes data such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, precise geolocation, biometric data, and health information.
Webinars AI does not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA. We do not collect:
- Government-issued identification numbers
- Financial account credentials (credit card numbers are processed entirely by Stripe/PayPal)
- Precise GPS geolocation (only city/country level is inferred from IP)
- Biometric data
- Health or medical information
- Race, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation
Accordingly, the CPRA right to limit the use of sensitive personal information does not apply to our current data practices.
