Payment and Refunds

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked full refund on all standard and VIP webinar purchases. To request a refund:

  1. Email support@webinars.ai within 30 days of your purchase
  2. Include your name and order number in the subject line
  3. Refunds are processed within 2 business days to your original payment method

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Accounts found to have violated these Terms
  • Products explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content provided through the Services — including webinar recordings, slides, templates, workflows, written materials, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Webinars AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Licence to You

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the purchased content for your personal or internal business use only. This licence does not include the right to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the content

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer the content to third parties
  • Use the content for commercial training programmes without our written consent

Your Content

By submitting content (questions, testimonials, feedback) through the Services, you grant Webinars AI a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Services.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material

  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user’s enjoyment of the Services

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webinars AI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
  • Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

Testimonials and case studies represent individual results and are not typical. Results will vary based on effort, experience, and implementation. We make no guarantees of income, time savings, or business outcomes from attending our webinars.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webinars AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Webinars AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Waiver of Class Actions: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Webinars AI agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Send an email notification to registered users
  • Post a notice on the Site for 30 days
